Today was so much fun. We had a Yom Givushon where eidot competed against each other is different sports in a Torah Bowl, Stomp performances, chiors just to name a few things.

Each Eidah was a different color. Hey – Yellow, Aleph – Purple, Bet – Blue, Gimmel – Red and Daled – Green.

FRIDAY’S MIFKAD
We had a wonderful Friday Mifkad. we celebrated all our chanichim and staff who are making Aliyah this year.

CHIDON TANACH

We had our Chidon Tanach on Friday. Congratulations to the chanichim that participated.

Today was amazing. We had our annual marathon. This year we tried something new. We had a color run. It was so much fun. All the chanichim participated either by running or by throwing color and cheering.

Everyone had a great week in camp. Machal is back from Canada and everyone is getting ready for our last shabbat in camp this summer.

CONCERT
On Wednesday night we had a special treat. Gad Elbaz came to camp and gave an amazing performance. Chanichim and Tzevet were dancing and everyone had a great time.

KAYTANA AND EIDAH HEY
Kaytana and Eidah Hey had a special activity today. A firetruck came to camp and sprayed water from their hose.The chanichim had so much fun playing in the water.

EIDAH ALEPH
Eidah Aleph came back from their chutz today and went straight to their bunks to get ready for shabbat. We will take pictures of them at Mifkad later. Check back next week for those pictures.

We saw Eidah Bet having fun all ovwer camp today

Eidah Gimmel had a great day all over camp today.

CHIDON TANACH
Some of our Eidah Bet and Gimmel chanichim will be participating in a Chidon Tanach on Sunday. they have been busy learning and getting ready. Today they took their test.

EIDAH DALED
Eidah Daled had a great day today. We saw them at activities all over camp.

MACHAL
Machal is back. We were able to get a few pictures from their trip to Canada and few from around camp today.

We said goodbye to Mini Mosh this morning. They had a great time here in camp.

It’s a beautiful day and everyone is having fun.

KAYTANA

Kaytana had a great day today. We saw them at archery, playing beach volleyball and fishing at Teva.

EIDAH HEY

Eidah Hey had a great day in camp today. We found them at activities such as Zumba and Taboon and learning about bubbles at the Mab.

EIDAH ALEPH

Eidah Aleph went on their chutz today. We were able to get a few pictures of them as they were preparing lunch.

EIDAH BET

Eidah Bet had a lot of fun today. Some of our Eidah Bet chanichim are participating in our chidon Tanach. We found them learning together.

Eidah Gimmel went to Six Flags today. Sorry, no pictures.

MACHAL

Machal is returning from Canada tonight. I just received a few pictures to share with you.

Today was a very busy day in camp. All eidot were here except for Machal. EIdah Gimmel had fun in the escape room while Eidah Hey and Kaytana  experienced the Malchut fair.

MINI MOSH

Mini Mosh had a great camp experience. We will be sorry to see them go tomorrow.

KAYTANA

Kaytana is having so much fun. Today they went on a yom sadeh and they will be sleeping outside in tents tonight.

EIDAH HEY

Eidah Hey had a great day today. We saw them at different activities inluding the malchut fair where they learnt about how the first kings of Israel were anointed. It was a very busy day and we were not able to get many pictures of Eidah Hey. We will make sure to get a lot tomorrow.

Eidah Aleph had a lot of fun at activities all over camp today.

EIDAH BET

Eidah Bet had a great day all over camp. We found them at activities such as Biking, Tree climbing and The Mab.

Eidah Gimmel Had a fun day. We saw them at activities such as Archery and Zumba.

Today Eidah hey played dunk the Rosh Eidah. They threw balls at a target and tried to dunk their Rosh Eidah in a tank of water.

Mini Mosh had a great day in camp today. We found them enjoying activities all over camp today.

KAYTANA

Kaytana had a lot of fun today. We found them at Archery, The Mab and Galgalone.

EIDAH HEY

Eidah Hey had a special peulah today – The Malchut Fair. They learned about how The first kings of Israel,  Shaul, David and Shlomo, were coronated.  They compared it to the modern day elections in Israel. They also made coins, olive oil and musical instraments, all of which were used at the time of the coronation.

EIDAH ALEPH

Eidah Aleph went to Dorney Park today. We were able to get a few pictures just as they were getting on the busses.

EIDAH BET

Eidah Bet has not returned from their trip yet, so we have no pictures from today.

EIDAH GIMMEL

Eidah Gimmel has not returned from their chutz yet. Sorry we don’t have any pictures from today.

Mini Mosh had a great first day at camp. We saw them at tree climbing and making chocolate balls at Chavayah Yisraelit as well as at other fun activities.

KAYTANA

Kaytana had a great first day at camp. We saw them learning about and playing with bubbles at the Mab and with the animals at Teva among other fun activities.

EIDAH HEY

Eidah Hey is out of camp having fun today- Bowling a movie and ice cream. Unfortunately we have no pictures of that, but we do have a few pictures of them burying Geniza on Tisha B’Av

EIDAH ALEPH

Eidah Aleph almost had the whole camp to themselves today. They had a great time at peulot all over camp.

Eidah Bet left for Dorney Park today. Unfortunately we have no pictures.

We found Eidah Gimmel at their shmutz just as they were setting up their tents.

Eidah Daled left for Hershey today. Unfortunately we have no pictures.

MACHAL

Machal left for Canada today. We hope to get some pictures later in the week. Meanwhile We just received a few more pictures from last weeks Chesed day and the Bear Montain hike.

We had many different programs around camp today including, Machon HaMikdash where the chanichim learned about things that were done in the Beit HaMikdash. We also had a Holocaust survivor named Dorthea,  now living in Honesdale, come speak to the older Eidot.

EICHAH

We started out last night with sing in the beit knesset. The whole camp walked down to the pavillion to hear Eichah, singing on the way down.

EIDAH ALEPH

EIDAH HEY

One of the programs that Eidot Hey and Aleph had today was Machon HaMikdash where they learned about the clothing the Kohen wore and other things done in the Beit HaMikdash.

EIDAH BET AND GIMMEL

We found Eidah Bet and Gimmel listening intently to Dorothea while she spoke of her experiences during the holocaust.

EIDAH GIMMEL

We found Eidah Gimmel at a special program. They watched skits about different times where the Jewish people were going through devastating times and they joined in discussions about what happened, what they would do and how they would feel.

EIDAH DALED AND MACHAL

We found Eidah Daled and Machal listening to Dorthea talk about her experiences during the holocaust. Eidah Daled also watched Mission of Hope, a documentary about Ilan Ramon, the son of Holocaust survivors and the first Israeli astronaut.

Today was Yom Elitzuria, a day of sports. Eidot Bet, Gimmel and Daled went out to a local high school and competed in many different sports.

EIDAH HEY

Eidah Hey had a great day today. Some of the girls went to Judy’s garden to pick green tomatoes and basil. They brought everything and learned how to pickle the tomatoes.

EIDAH ALEPH

Eidah Aleph had a fun day at camp. We found some of them learning about bubbles in Mab. They had so much fun making giant bubbles.

EIDOT BET, GIMMEL, AND DALED

Eidot Bet, Gimmel and Daled had a fun day of sports today. We have a lot of pictures. I will not be able to get them all up before Shabbat. Please check again next week.

MACHAL

Machal had a great day. We were able to catch some of them at peulot around camp.
