I would like to thank Camp Moshava with a special shout out to Shlomo Stern for allowing me to attend the aliyah backpack weekend. My daughter Leyla, who has attended Moshava since age 8 at mini Mosh is making Aliya and joining the IDF. It was so meaningful to be able to see Leyla receive her backpack, and the how the Camp Moshava family recognizes those who choose aliyah. . An added bonus was spending time with my dad, Phil and getting the opportunity to work a chadar ochel shift with him! Thank you for all the incredible and meaningful summers you gave my daughter and for instilling a love for Israel which brought her to the journey she is about to embark on.
