Today Kaytana and Eidah Hey learned about the Strauss (dairy company) and Fromenchenko families (Elite Chocolate) who made aliyah and successfully built their companies from nothing into successful and well known businesses. To honor the Strauss and Fromenchenko families, they made chocolate bowls and ice cream in a bag.
Machal had elective peulot. They had a number of interesting peulot to choose from and they really enjoyed it.
Kaytana went on a yom sadeh. They went on a nice hike and made their dinner on a bonfire. They especially enjoyed coming back to camp by boat.
Moshava will be continuing its very successful Kaytana program which will NOW BE A FULL 2 WEEKS and is for campers who will be completing Grades 3 or 4. Our Kaytana program is specially designed as an introductory overnight camp program for children of these ages. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will, therefore, be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future.
The main camp consists of five Eidot (divisions). 
Our Mini-Mosh program is specially designed as an introductory 4 day, 3-night program for campers who will be completing 2nd or 3rd grades in June 2024. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will then be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future. The Moshava Mini-Mosh will still feature all of the unique activities, programs and the special Religious, Zionist atmosphere that makes Moshava unique.
