Today we celebrate Yom Omanut Yisraelit. The topic of this day is the art and culture of Israel, with a particular focus on Anna Ticho. Anna Ticho moved to Yerushalayim in 1912, at the age of 18. She fell in love with Yerushalayim and her art depicts the landscapes and views she saw around the city. Her art is well-known and is found in major museums around the world. Together with Melechet Yad, the chanichim are creating artwork inspired by Anna Ticho’s work. They are painting landscapes mimicking her style.
Moshava will be continuing its very successful Kaytana program which will NOW BE A FULL 2 WEEKS and is for campers who will be completing Grades 3 or 4. Our Kaytana program is specially designed as an introductory overnight camp program for children of these ages. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will, therefore, be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future.
The main camp consists of five Eidot (divisions). 
Our Mini-Mosh program is specially designed as an introductory 4 day, 3-night program for campers who will be completing 2nd or 3rd grades in June 2024. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will then be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future. The Moshava Mini-Mosh will still feature all of the unique activities, programs and the special Religious, Zionist atmosphere that makes Moshava unique.
