Today we learned about Shuk Machane Yehuda. We learned about how it started and about different vendors. The chanichim made juice from different fruits and vegetables and they were introduced to different spices. They also made fruit roll up sushi with rice crispies ans played bongo drums.
Eidah Daled left this morning for an overnight trip.
KAYTANA
Kaytana is having a great time. Today we saw them at teva, taboon and galgalone.
EIDAH HEY
Eidah Hey had a fun day. We saw them at kadarut, melechet yad, the MAB and chavaya israelit.
EIDAH ALEPH
Eidah Aleph had a great day. They came back from their shmutz in time for lunch and had some special peulot. They learned about shuk Machane Yehuda and had a chance to sample from different “vendors”. We also saw them at taboon, teva, MAB, archery and beach volleyball.
EIDAH BET
Eidah Bet had a lot of fun today. The girls baked cookies with our amazing baker – Beverly and we saw the boys at biking, archey and beach volleyball
EIDAH GIMMEL
Eidah Gimmel had a great day. we saw the boy having fun at the lake and the girls at biking, chavaya Israelit, galgalone and nagarut.
EIDAH BET AND GIMMEL CHIDON HATANACH
Chanichin from Eidot bet and Gimmel have been studying all month for the chidon hatanach. We found them taking a test to see who will go on to the final on Friday.
EIDAH DALED
Eidah Daled left this morning. They went to a big corn maze and to the Turkey Hill ice cream factory. Tomorrow they will be spending the day at Hershey Park and will return to camp tomorrow night. Sorry no pictures.
Moshava will be continuing its very successful Kaytana program which will NOW BE A FULL 2 WEEKS and is for campers who will be completing Grades 3 or 4. Our Kaytana program is specially designed as an introductory overnight camp program for children of these ages. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will, therefore, be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future.
The main camp consists of five Eidot (divisions). 
Our Mini-Mosh program is specially designed as an introductory 4 day, 3-night program for campers who will be completing 2nd or 3rd grades in June 2024. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will then be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future. The Moshava Mini-Mosh will still feature all of the unique activities, programs and the special Religious, Zionist atmosphere that makes Moshava unique.
