Working at Moshava
Camp Moshava is a challenging and dynamic work environment. Opportunities to work in camp range from “Hadracha” (counselor) to “Anafim” (specialty staff) to Kitchen Staff and “Plugah” (technical staff).
All applicants must complete 11th grade or higher by June 2024.
Background Checks are required by all 1st time staff members or staff members that have not completed Background Checks in the past 5 years. Background Check instructions can be found here.

When our staff applications are open, it is preferable to get your application in by the following dates:
Returning Staff: December 21, 2023
Returning staff DO NOT need interviews, or reference letters. Returning staff should complete a staff application using their CampInTouch login on a desktop or on the Campanion app. We will contact you within three weeks after your application has been submitted. If you do not hear back from us after three weeks, please contact our office at [email protected].
New Staff: December 15, 2023

Moshava will be continuing its very successful Kaytana program which will NOW BE A FULL 2 WEEKS and is for campers who will be completing Grades 3 or 4. Our Kaytana program is specially designed as an introductory overnight camp program for children of these ages. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will, therefore, be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future.
The main camp consists of five Eidot (divisions). 
Our Mini-Mosh program is specially designed as an introductory 4 day, 3-night program for campers who will be completing 2nd or 3rd grades in June 2024. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will then be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future. The Moshava Mini-Mosh will still feature all of the unique activities, programs and the special Religious, Zionist atmosphere that makes Moshava unique.
