Today was the Jerusalem marathon here at camp. Everyone had so much fun. We had 2k, 5k and 10k options. Those who didn’t want to run cheered from the sidelines. After the run we had an amazing shuk on the main migrash with ice cream, pop corn, chocolate pudding and whipped cream. Everyone was singing and dancing. It was very special.
Thank you to Eidah Daled for help make the arches that the runners ran through.
Eidah Bet did a great job building Yerushalayim and that was on display during the marathon for all to see.
Welcome Kaytana! Kaytana arrived today and will be with us until the end of camp next week.
FRIDAY MIFKAD
Mifkad on Friday was very special. We said tzeitchem l’shalom to two Moshava families making aliya. Late Friday afternoon it started to rain and we had mifkad in the pavillion.
KAYTANA
Kaytana arrived today and they are off to a fun start. We saw some of them as they got off the bus then we saw the boys at lake toys and the girls at the Jerusalem Museum.

Moshava will be continuing its very successful Kaytana program which will NOW BE A FULL 2 WEEKS and is for campers who will be completing Grades 3 or 4. Our Kaytana program is specially designed as an introductory overnight camp program for children of these ages. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will, therefore, be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future.
The main camp consists of five Eidot (divisions). 
Our Mini-Mosh program is specially designed as an introductory 4 day, 3-night program for campers who will be completing 2nd or 3rd grades in June 2024. Children will become comfortable in the camp environment while learning to deal with the separation issues and the issues of living in a group situation. They will then be more prepared for the full Moshava experience in the future. The Moshava Mini-Mosh will still feature all of the unique activities, programs and the special Religious, Zionist atmosphere that makes Moshava unique.
